Easter fun part 3....

So, we finally wrapped up Easter on Easter Monday with the postponed community Easter Egg Hunt. By the way, this is Sequoia's new wagon. We gave it to her for her birthday. It was really more for us to make it easier to haul her to the beach and playground and take evening walks around the neighborhood.
Both Colleen and I were able to join Sequoia's class for the occasion and we all had a ball.
It is a real treat for us to get to see Sequoia interact with her classmates as normally we miss that fun while we are at work.
Again, Sequoia took the slow and methodical approach, in no particular hurry to gather too many eggs. She got exactly how many she wanted and that was enough.
She opted to use a plastic bag to be like her friends, even though she had brought her real Easter Basket with her....peer pressure looming its head early.

I love watching Sequoia and Colleen together....they are so very much two peas in a pod.
Or is it two nuts in a shell...? Either way, I absolutely adore them both.

Grandmom says: Isn't this big red wagon a GOOD idea? It's fun for Sequoia and easy for Mom and Dad to handle a walk around the neighborhood without getting their little girl too tired...and not having to say things like "Hurry UP! You are falling behind!"

It's so much fun to see what's going on with you three in your new neighborhood which you are all obviously enjoying SO much.

Love you all, Grandmom
