We have done our best to get outside for hikes and walks as much as possible.
This was a very pretty walk at Jug Bay wetlands Park not too far from our house. Much of the trail is on the old Chesapeake Beach Railroad bed.
Sequoia is always interested in exploring stuff, and often helps us to see things that we might have otherwise missed altogether.
Another fun day was our hike down at Calvert Cliffs State Park. We went searching for fossils older than daddy. That is no easy chore.
Luckily Sequoia was able to use some aerial reconnaissance to assist her in her search.
I think we found a sharks tooth, but honestly it does not matter since it was such a beautiful day. We are glad that the weather is starting to warm up again. although Sequoia enjoyed the massive amounts of snow we received this winter, it took 5 times longer to bundle her up than she was able to stay out side.
And just because I owe her a month or two of guest appearances...
