Sequoia sometimes gets to hang out with daddy while Colleen is off taking care of the rest of our life. This is a dangerous prospect since it is my chance to teach Sequoia all about the finer points of housekeeping.

As you can see in these pictures, Sequoia is already as good as I am at doing the laundry.

The thing I am much better at teaching her about is how to get outside and enjoy life. Actually both Colleen and I have this trait way more than the domestic gene. I am not 100% certain that Sequoia will be very well schooled in some of the finer points of housekeeping.

But honestly I don't really care about that. As long as she grows up with a love of being outside and embracing life we can all look past a little dirt on the floor...

So what are you waiting for Mom?
Let's get going!!

You're having way too much fun, Leo, with this darling child. Just kidding, of course ~ I think it's wonderful that you three enjoy one another the way you do. AND, of course, it IS more important for Sequoia to learn to love, love, love the great outdoors, than it is for her to learn the proper way to sort the laundry. At least, that's MY take on things.
