Part two of the Christmas story took place the next day. It involved packing up both dogs, Sequoia, presents for the family, clothes and gear for a week plus ourselves in our little Rav-4 and driving 5 hours up to my brother Mark's house in Easton Maryland to spend a couple of hours celebrating Christmas with my side of the family.
We all had a short but fun visit and Sequoia scored even more wonderful presents including this wonderfully fun winter hat that matches an adorable fleece vest from my Sister Peggy and her husband Jeff. Once we were pretty certain there were no more presents for us, we packed the car back up and headed down the road again, backtracking to the DC area and Colleen's sister Sherri's house for the next phase of Christmas - Christmas Eve Night and Christmas Day.
